Payments for our services are due according to the schedule specified in the Service Agreement. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. All fees are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own the intellectual property rights to the final website design. However, Netlinkr retains the right to use the work for promotional purposes and portfolio showcasing unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide all necessary content, information, and cooperation required for us to complete the services as outlined in the Service Agreement. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.
6. Limitation of Liability
Netlinkr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the Service Agreement with written notice if there is a material breach of these Terms or the agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments will be due, and access to services will be discontinued.
8. Modifications to Services
Netlinkr reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes that may affect your use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Netlinkr operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
